Booking Policy

Session Duration and Extensions

The sessions included in your pricing plan are fixed and cannot be extended or increased within the current plan.

 

Rescheduling and Redemption

If you miss a session, you have the opportunity to reschedule or redeem it within the buffer time specified by your selected plan. Once the buffer time has elapsed, the session will be considered forfeited and cannot be compensated or refunded.

 

Combining Pricing Packages

You are not allowed to combine two pricing packages simultaneously. Each package must be completed before booking the next one.

 

No-Show Policy

In the event of a no-show without prior notice from the student, the session will not be rescheduled.
